All potential purchasers of the timeshare ownership advertised on our website or our database are responsible for any commission amounts due to our company and the legal transfer of ownership costs charged by the resort.

We ensure the legal transfer of ownership is completed directly on your behalf with the respective resort agents so you our customer do not have to get involved in this process.

Any agreement is non-exclusive. Owners may use other services or marketing companies without cost or obligation to Global Resale Worldwide Timeshare or to the Owner.

It is the Owner's responsibility to contact Global Resale Worldwide Timeshare in writing if the membership is no longer for resale or has been resold elsewhere either privately or through a resale organization other than Global Resale Worldwide Timeshare.
